Acceptable Use Policy

This policy defines what may and may not be sold through the Quazko platform. It applies in addition to the acceptable-use terms of the underlying payment providers, whichever are stricter.

1. Intended use

Quazko serves merchants selling digital content and services: premium access, subscriptions, digital goods, in-service benefits and comparable intangible products delivered electronically.

2. Prohibited

  • Anything illegal under the law applicable to the merchant, the buyer, or the processing provider.
  • Fraud, phishing, malware, stolen data, or account credentials obtained without authorisation.
  • Money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or processing payments on behalf of undisclosed third parties (transaction laundering).
  • Child sexual abuse material and any sexual content involving minors.
  • Weapons, narcotics, and other regulated physical goods.
  • Ponzi/pyramid schemes, unlicensed financial services, unlicensed gambling.

3. Compliance cooperation

Merchants agree to answer reasonable questions about the nature of their business and specific transactions when required by us or by a processing provider, and to update us when the nature of their business changes materially.

4. Enforcement

Violations lead to suspension or termination under the Terms of Service, and, where required, reporting to the relevant provider or authority.
