Quazko is a payment technology platform: the goods and services paid for through the platform are sold by the merchant, and the payment itself is processed by a licensed payment provider. This shapes how refunds work.
Refund eligibility for a purchase (digital content, premium access, in-service
benefits) is defined by the merchant's own refund policy shown at
checkout or on the merchant's site. Buyers should contact the merchant first with the
payment reference (payment_id) from their receipt or confirmation
e-mail.
On-chain payments are irreversible at the network level. Where a refund is approved, it is executed as a new outbound transfer to an address provided by the buyer, normally in the same asset and net of network fees. Exchange-rate movements between payment and refund are not compensated.
Overpayments, underpayments and technically duplicated transactions detected by the platform are flagged automatically and never credited silently. Contact support@quazko.com with the payment reference and we will investigate against the audit trail.
We acknowledge refund-related inquiries within 2 business days. Technical execution timelines depend on the provider and network involved.
