Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Quazko platform ("Quazko", "we", "us") by merchants ("Merchant", "you") who integrate Quazko to accept payments for digital content and services. By creating a merchant account or integrating the Quazko API you agree to these Terms.

1. What Quazko is

Quazko is a payment technology platform. We provide software that routes payment requests to third-party payment service providers ("Providers"), verifies payment confirmations, and notifies the Merchant's systems when a payment has settled. Quazko is not a bank, money transmitter, custodian, exchange, or licensed payment institution. All processing of buyer funds is performed by Providers under their own licences and terms. Quazko does not receive, hold, or transmit buyer card data at any time.

2. Merchant obligations

  • Provide accurate, current information about your business during onboarding and keep it updated.
  • Use the platform only for goods and services that comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and with the terms of the underlying Providers.
  • Operate a working endpoint for crediting notifications and treat deliveries idempotently by payment_id, as described in the integration documentation.
  • Honour your published refund policy towards your buyers and respond to buyer inquiries within a reasonable time.
  • Keep your API credentials confidential. Actions taken with your credentials are deemed your actions.

3. Payments, settlement and fees

Settlement currency, timing and network fees are determined by the relevant Provider and the configuration agreed with the Merchant. Quazko's platform fees, where applicable, are agreed in writing prior to activation. Amounts are accounted in integer minor units of the payment currency.

4. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where required by a Provider, by law, or where we reasonably believe the Merchant breaches these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. The Merchant may terminate at any time by ceasing use of the platform and notifying us. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (liability, disputes, records) survive.

5. Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quazko's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the fees paid by the Merchant to Quazko in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Quazko is not liable for the acts or omissions of Providers, blockchain networks, or the Merchant's own systems.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified to the Merchant's registered contact at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
